There is so much focus now on protecting your physical health, it can be eas to forget your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We’ll be sharing expert advice, straight talk, personal stories, and ideas, along with practices and tools you can use today to elevate your mood, rebalance your thinking, boost your resiliency and even find a little bit of magic.

Some of our speakers are well-known - you’ll recognize people like Deepak Chopra, Ariana Huffington, Zak Williams and Mariel Hemingway. Others are noted experts in mental health, wellness and brain science. Meet amazing musicians, writers, and performing artists bringing inspiration and hope. But just as important, people like you and me - ordinary folks with extraordinary stories.

Hey, we have all faced mental health and emotional challenges at times. This is a great time to talk openly, eliminate the stigma, and change the way the world treats mental health.

Let’s tell our stories, share our support, and imagine our future. And through it all, let’s ask: How might these times change us and our world for the better? How can each of us be part of that possibility?

The mission of the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation is to fund, conduct and promote evidence-based research on how different forms of holistic treatments - such as exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices - benefit mental health. Because the Brick Family funds all administrative expenses, all funds go directly to conducting and promoting science and programs to incorporate evidence-based holistic treatments into mental health care. The Brick Foundation has donated over $1.3M to scientific research and programs that incorporate exercise, fitness, nutrition, and mind-body practices into mental health promotion.

The Chopra Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving health and well-being, cultivating spiritual knowledge, expanding consciousness, and promoting world peace to all members of the human family. Its mission is to advance the cause of mind/body spiritual healing, education, and research through fundraising for selected projects. The #NeverAlone movement aims to build communities to encourage and empower young adults to reach out to a friend who may be struggling with their mental health. The goal of the movement is to reduce the stigma of mental health problems, allow people to know they are not alone, build communities of well-being where people can speak, and enable them with the tools. Funds are directed to support the global campaign and provide content, platforms, and tools to champion activities on both online and live communities.
